  • I do work with both women and men. However, the process tends to be much easier for men and I find they do not need my one on one guidance as often and do just fine with the self study program.

  • This program includes at least one in-person visit at my office. Fortunately, most of our work together can be done remotely, and many of my clients happily travel several hours for their visit.

  • No, this program is not covered by insurance.

  • No, that’s done in coordination with your own prescribing physician. (unless you are already a member of my practice)
